Born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, I was raised by an amazing single mother and grandmother.
After becoming a mom to 4 amazing children, I realized that cooking was not just a passion; it was second nature.
I attended the College of Culinary Arts and worked in the Caribbean Restaurant industry for many years. Today, I work as a private Chef & Caterer.
